Offroad Obsessions Return Policy

All returns shipments are to be shipped by customer. Labels for returns and cost of return is not provided by Offroad Obsessions. Refunds will be issued once item is received in same condition as shipped. 

Additional Instructions for mailing your package

• Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If you are shipping a non-hazardous item, completely remove or cover any hazardous materials markings.
• Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
• If your package fits in your mail box or a postal box, deposit your package for your postal carrier to pick it up. If your package does not fit, bring it to any Post Office.
• To find your closest Post Office or USPS Collection Box, visit the USPS locator or go to www.usps.com and select Find USPS Locations.

  Returns Policy:
  
  We are happy to accept your return within 14 days of delivery.
  
  Any new or packaged items that are manufacturer sealed should be returned in the same condition; sealed, unopened, and unused.
  
  All returns will be inspected and must be the exact same item that was shipped. If the item has a serial number, it must match what was sent.  We keep a record of which serial number is sent to each of our customers. Any return that is different from what was sent will not be accepted.
  
  There will be up to a 50% restocking fee for all returns made that are not at the fault of Offroad Obsessions and are returned in a condition other than the original new, unopened, sealed and unused condition.
  
  Exception for categories of electronics, consumables and fluids is below.
  
  There will be a 100% restocking fee for installed items, electronics, consumables and fluids categories that are opened and/or used.
  
  Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with outgoing and return shipping when the return is not due to a mistake made by Offroad Obsessions.
  
  We are sorry that the product did not meet your satisfaction. We are happy to accept your return. In all other cases please note that some returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% and/or reduction of the return amount due to shipping charges - outgoing and return.Please be sure to pack your return in an appropriate sturdy shipping container, with proper packing materials to avoid damage during shipping. Once received and inspected, we will refund the amount to be returned. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
